We currently ship to a selected range of countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, it means delivery is not available at this time.

Estimated delivery time is up to 15 business days. We always do our best to meet these timelines.

Please note that shipping and return costs apply.

The exact amount will be clearly indicated during checkout, before you confirm your order.

Returns

Returns are accepted online only, within 14 days from the date of delivery.

A return fee will be deducted from your refund.

All returns must be processed exclusively via our second-hand platform.

Please pack your item(s) carefully 

Once ready, drop off your return at the parcel shop indicated on your return label.

We kindly ask you to ship your return promptly after generating the label.

Returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached, and must not have been worn, washed, altered, stained, or damaged.

Once your return has been received and validated by our team, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow a few days for the amount to appear on your bank statement.
